The Role:

At Súper we're trying to change consumer behavior. Latin American's don't buy a lot of insurance. People think it's a "cultural thing." We think it's because most insurance out there sucks.

Over the next few years, millions of people will buy insurance for the first time...and we hope they buy Súper. In order to achieve that we need to have brave, emotional messaging. That's where you come in.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Your #1 job is to come up with engaging, emotional creatives for our marketing campaigns. This includes digital (fb, google, youtube) and more traditional channels (TV, Radio, Print).
  • You'll manage relationships with traditional channels.
  • You'll work with the rest of the product and marketing teams to create a strong marketing voice for Súper.

Your requirements:

Must haves:

  • You're a brand wizard. You have many years of experience leading brand at a top consumer startup or  creative agency.
  • Data-driven mindset. You can't imagine doing your job without constant experimentation.
  • You think most marketing absolutely sucks, and you could do much much better.
  • You're an awesome coworker. We have a "no jerks" policy so... don't be one.

Nice to haves:

  • You have experience owning performance marketing channels.
  • You have experience working with traditional mediums like print, tv, or radio.

What we don't care about:

  • We don't care where you went to college.


We pay tip-top of market for Mexico, and competitive everywhere. This position includes equity in Súper.
